GrandMfg® Brass Oil level sight glass window Plugs are made of either brass or lead-free brass, and come with either a Viton, FKM, FPM, NBR, Aramid gasket or a copper seal. The glass used in the window plug is available in either natural glass, tempered glass and borosilicate glass, which is 2mm to 8mm thick, and available in either flat or domed shape. The window plugs are designed to handle temperature range from -40'C to 180'C and pressure range from 5-50 Bar (1MPa to 5 MPa). The thread types available are NPT, NPTF, UNC, UNF, Metric and BSP (G thread). Customers have the option of getting stainless steel reflectors with the glass or having just the brass body as one entirety. GrandMfg® Brass Oil level sight glass window Plugs are available in a variety of sizes, and custom sizes are also welcome. They have a wide range of applications, such as air pumps, vaccuum pumps, receivers, coolant receivoir, hydraulic tanks, gearboxes, speed reducer, gear unit, worm gearbox, helical gear boxes, variable speed motors, automobile worm gearboxes, compressors and power transmission.
