GrandMfg® brass oil level sight glass window plugs are well-known for their excellent quality and high-end performance. The material body is made of brass or brass free of lead while the O-Ring is primarily composed of Viton, FKM, FPM, NBR, Aramid gasket or copper seal. Depending on the needs of the customer, the glass thickness ranges from 2mm to 8mm and is available in either natural glass, tempered glass or Borosilicate glass which can either have a flat or a domed design. In addition, its resist temperature range hovers from -40°C to 180°C and its pressure range lies between 5-50 Bar (1MPa to 5MPa). This window is also characterized by its thread type which ranges from NPT, NPTF, UNC, UNF, Metric and BSP (G thread). There is an option for customers to include stainless steel 304 reflector or brass reflectors as a whole sight glass. To meet the need of its customers, GrandMfg® offers various sizes and also accepts OEM orders.
